Buyers

All areas are not similar, some appreciate at greater rates than others. That's where you probably want to be. We know from experience where the trends are, after all, we've been involved for a long, long time.

 


Professional representation is strongly recommended for sellers to reach a fair price for their property. The selling process is roughly divided into three specific duties. First, correctly price the property. Then market through attraction and promotion. Finally, qualify the buyer, secure the neccessary appraisal & inspection reports, assist the buyer in the financing and closing of the sale at the attorney's office.

 
Sellers

First, so many sellers believe that they know the value of their property. But many leave value behind because the did not research the right sales, did not maximize the look and value of their property, or just sold to the first prospect to come along. They paid our price! I've heard that so many times. And after learning what they settled for, I just couldn't tell them that our expertise could have made thousands of dollars difference in their net profit. Even after our fee.

Second, when you have a full time occupation, do you really want to learn another? Or do you know whom you're allowing into your home? Are they qualified to purchase at this price? Where does their down payment come from? Can you ask them to verify it? How about the contract and all the details of the transfer. Do you hire an attorney? Who does the negotiating? Whose forms should you use? What about letting them have free rein to inspect your home, who is that with the flashlight and clipboard!
