This is Jackson's oldest Art Deco apartment building, constructed in 1939 by the late great architect A. Hays Town. This building has twenty four one-bedroom apartments, each with a kitchen and gas range. Some of these wonderful kitchens include a breakfast bar. The white tile bath has a tub/shower and each seventeen foot living room has two windows facing north or south. Each bedroom also enjoys ample windows. A laundry area is provided on site; rents are $495 and up. The cage elevator is Jackson's first self service elevator. Applications are always welcome, a vacancy is always possible.

There is off street parking and code entry at the front door and at the courtyard. Laundry room is on site. Gas stoves, five or more windows per apartment for plenty of fresh air when the weather is right.
